Booking An Appointment

To schedule an online or in-clinic consultation, please contact our clinic manager, Mrs. Fatema, at
+91 7489311080. You can call or leave a message on Whatsapp, and she will assist you with
booking your appointment at your convenience.

Consultation Procedure

Once your appointment is confirmed, we will send you a case record form via email. This form
must be completed and returned before your first consultation. It helps us understand your health
needs better and allows us to provide the most personalized care.

Pricing & Packages

After your initial consultation, you can choose a treatment plan that fits your needs. Below are the details:

Simply Well Package
- Valid for 3 months from the date of payment.
- Ideal for shorter, more focused treatment.
Holistic Health Package
- Valid for 6 months from the date of payment.
- Best for a more comprehensive, long-term healing process.

Important Notes for All Packages:

Medications will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Saturday) after payment is completed, subject to availability. You should receive them within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your location. Please plan your refills accordingly.
No refunds or extensions will be provided in case of a no-show during the validity period of the package.
To avoid any disruption in your treatment, we recommend renewing your package at least two weeks before it expires. The validity of the new package will begin only after your current package expires.
No refunds are offered for package cancellations during the validity period.

What’s included in the Pro Bono Services:
• Free consultation and follow-ups for three months from the date of your first consultation.
• You will only need to pay for your medications and courier costs (at minimal charges) so
